Eagle Manor is a waterfront special event destination venue located on the South Jersey Shore. The estate boasts an incomparable combination of breath-taking waterfront scenery, seclusion, natural surroundings, and seclusion. Eagle Manor is a 12 acre estate located in the middle of the Dix Wildlife Management Area and Cohansey River Management Area. The Eagle Manor mansion house, the centerpiece of the estate, resides on a hill overlooking the Cohansey River with breathtaking views.

Eagle Manor Policies: 1.) Eagle Manor is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside only. No open flames are permitted inside the barn or any part of the venue. 2.) By law, no one under 21 years of age may consume or taste alcoholic beverages. Management reserves the right to ask the entire party to leave if a minor is consuming alcohol or an adult is providing alcohol to a minor. 3.) No parking on the lawn. Please park in the designated paved parking areas only. 4.) Weapons are not allowed in any of the buildings and must be stored in guest vehicles in accordance with state and federal regulations. 5.) Main house access is limited to bridal party members only.
